It’s been awhile since I cc’d the PMO this issue. There have been a few developments on my Fukushima inquiry. I thought I would keep you guys in the loop. As of this moment, I have not had a single response from a conservative on the issue. Others are starting to respond, but as of yet, not one single word from Canadian Government, regarding Fukushima.
I’ll tell you this much: when the issue does finally attract the media attention it deserves, you guys are going to have a difficult time explaining how you had so little time for it. I see my MP (and your cabinet minister) has time to attend all sorts of minor functions, but absolutely no time to address one of the gravest issues facing our country.
If I were you guys, I’d get ahead of this, immediately. Right now, the question is “What is our Government hiding, why won’t they respond, and take action?” It’s a bad question, and you are painted in a poor light .. but it is still probably manageable, if addressed promptly. When the question becomes “Is Stephen Harper and his cabinet guilty of public endangerment?”, which it will soon become, you’re going to have a much harder time of it.
